What do you do?

We give advice to companies or individuals who have questions about whether a particular problem can be resolved with a technical solution. We’ll help you decide whether it’s practical to write software to manage a particular part of your business or we’ll help you understand what it takes to get your web site started: all at no cost and no obligation. We also offer a solution for companies or individuals looking to outsource computer related projects. We create web sites, create and manage databases, write custom software programs to fill specific business needs, write and/or edit existing reports and even do basic computer maintenance and setup.

What software do you use?

We always make an effort to use the software that best fits the needs of a particular project. For web development, we most often use ASP.Net along with CSS and Javascript. The majority of our software development is in C# .Net.

How much do you charge?

Our rates vary widely depending on the project and the type of work to be performed. Depending on customer needs and on project specifics billing is either done by project or hourly. We pride ourselves on providing a lower-cost and higher quality solution than our competitors.

What is your typical pricing schedule?

We are flexible with our pricing schedule and sensitive to any budget constraints or individual needs. Typically, our work is priced in one of three ways.

For small projects (projects < $2000) we require a 25% upfront free and then the remainder is due upon customer approved project completion.

For larger projects (projects > $2000) we require 10% of the project cost upfront. 40% of the projects total cost is amortized over preset milestones, and the remaining 50% is due upon customer approved project completion.

For hourly work billing is done monthly or twice-monthly. We will work a number of hours in accordance with your budget and needs.

We are based in the beautiful Pacific Northwest city of Portland, Oregon.

Who owns the finished product?

Any custom project we do is always owned by our customer. We provide all source code and documentation with the finished project so that you have complete control over the next step. We respect your privacy and security rights and will not share your product or personal information with any third party.
